Please have your trash and recycle carts back in the acceptable storage area as soon as possible after pickup, which is on Monday.

Please maintain your lots in a neat and orderly condition per the HOA covenants.

When possible, please be considerate and use driveways to park your vehicles. Emergency vehicles and school buses have had issues traversing the neighborhood because of the large number of vehicles parked on the street.
